What are loop holes??

I would interpret loopholes as being a symptom of inefficiency in any system. Anyway, coming to death penalty, that a complex issue really.On humanitarian grounds, you are perpetrating the same crime in the name of justice. However, culturally, as people and countries vary so drastically, what may be okay for Europe may not be Okay for say, Saudi Arabia where perhaps, abolishing death penalty might be interpreted as a license to commit crime. However, personally I would do away with it, if for nothing but to avoid the endless cycle of savagery that mankind needs to evolve out of. If the root cause, upbringing and the environment play a vital role in creating these people, these should be ideally tackled first.
